When an offer comes in — or multiple offers — I'll review the details with you carefully. I'll explain every term and condition, helping you make an informed decision. Once we have an accepted, firm offer, I'll coordinate with your lawyer and the buyer's team to make sure everything moves smoothly toward closing. During this escrow period, I'll stay in touch to monitor progress and assist as needed. On closing day, your lawyer will finalize the transaction, and the proceeds of the sale are transferred to you.
